In this intimate, interactive workshop, we will explore the principles of Intuitive Eating, which are designed to help you:

  • Cultivate a positive, peaceful relationship with food and your body

  • Stop dieting, plan hopping, restricting and thinking obsessively food

  • Remove morality, judgment, guilt and shame from your eating

  • Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, including its hunger, fullness and satisfaction cues

  • Develop self-trust with your eating, including what, when and how much to eat

  • Decrease cravings, emotional eating, mindless eating and overeating

  • Rediscover the pleasure of eating and movement

  • And much more

If you’re already familiar with Intuitive Eating, this is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of the process, and to share your experience with a supportive group of caring, compassionate individuals.
